I will not touch upon those situations when it is required to disassemble the phone and intervene in the electronic filling, since this is the work of completely different specialists.

From my own experience, I will say that in 80% of all cases, if they come to me with a problem that the phone does not turn on, the whole thing turns out to be in a discharged battery.
