The study of this article is useful not only for iPhone owners (its version can be neglected in solving this problem), but also for users of any other device running iOS (such as iPod, iPad, etc.).

First, let's define the concept of “crash” of applications - this is an emergency exit from the application, which is performed by the iOS system itself. Simply put, "crash" can be called a situation when a user wants to enter a particular program or start a game, but after a while (in some cases, it happens instantly) the application closes itself. Let's figure out why this happens to your devices, why apps crash?

Since the iPhone (and any other iDevice) is a multifunctional thing, applications crash for a number of reasons. In addition, do not forget that there is such an operation as Jailbreak, applications sometimes crash because of it. It allows you to access iOS and full file system, set third party applications and do anything other than Apple's approval.

If you have this same Jailbreak installed on your iPhone, the solution to the problem for you is described in paragraph 3. If all applications are purchased or downloaded officially from the App Store, then I recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the points of this article.

One application crashes

It is possible that this application has not yet been adapted for your iPhone versions, so it crashes. And this means that either you are "sitting" on the old version of iOS, or vice versa - the program itself is simply not made usable on your new iOS.

I advise you to search the Internet for the compatibility of this application with a particular version of the device and solve the problem in accordance with the information found (update to a later version of iOS or wait for adaptation - in this case, I advise you to demand money for purchasing the application back).

One more possible variant - update in the App Store of this program. It often happens that after an application update is released, it old version ceases to function (as a rule, this happens with chat rooms, online games and social networks).

Most applications crash

No matter how trivial this advice is, but still - as a rule, an elementary.

As in the previous point, there may be a problem with updating iOS and you should check the firmware version of your device.

In many cases, it also happens that the user has recently updated to the latest proposed version of iOS and encountered this problem. Then you should "roll back" the firmware - return to an earlier stable version.

Applications are crashing - I have a Jailbreak!

As you know, independent intervention in the processes of the operating system in the iPhone and any other device (not necessarily iOS) does not guarantee its operation without "bugs" in the future. Since Cydia is used together with Jailbreak ("pirate" analogue of the market), while Cydia uses tweaks ("pirate" counterparts licensed programsdownloaded from the market), then this may be the problem.

Not all tweaks are safe for downloading, not to mention the fact that jailbreaking a device is illegal, and no one gave a guarantee that the programs installed in this way did not crash.

I advise you to remove recently installed tweaks, and ideally remove Cydia by downloading and buying official software (believe me, there are many times less problems with it than with tweaks and Jailbreak).

The solutions described in the article help in most cases. But if you are still not among those people whom I managed to help, do the following:

Try to contact the iPhone Support Center to find out why the program crashes in your case. To do this, go to the Apple website (apple.com), go to the Support tab, select your device (for example, iPhone or iPod) and in the left column of tabs, click on "Contact Support".

I advise you to recall the approximate date of purchase of the device in order to determine whether to use the "Free Support" tab (detailed information on free support and the right to provide it is contained under the heading of this tab) or contact the diagnostic center. In any case, try to explain your situation as clearly and fully as possible.

As you can see, it is not difficult to solve the crash problem. I hope that my article helped you make sure of this.

"I have new iPhone X and every time I try to open the messaging app but the app doesn't open. What should I do to fix this problem? "

The new iPhone X seems to be causing problems lately, and one of the problems affecting a lot of people is the app freezes or crashes. Currently on iPhone X, app problems have been found in messages, music, notes, app store, WhatsApp, and other common apps. Some reported that the Photos or Message app may freeze while in use, sometimes the app crashes and closes before opening it. Here we have some ways to fix suggestion issues on iPhone X / 10 or iPhone 8/8 Plus.

5 ways if apps won't launch

To see if an update is available, open the App Store and tap Updates in the lower-right corner of the screen to view a list of pending updates available. If an update is available for the Twitter app, click the Update button to the right of the app.

If there are multiple updates available on your iPhone or iPad, you can tap Update All in the top right corner of the screen to update all of your apps at once - although they will only update one at a time in turn!

Troubleshoot Wi-Fi problems on your iPhone and iPad

If you run into an issue with the app, but Twitter still won't load on your iPhone or iPad, then it's time to move on to the next part of our guide to help you determine if your iPhone or iPad's Wi-Fi connection is causing the problem. IPhone and iPad users often use Wi-Fi to use Twitter, especially if they don't have unlimited traffic.

Turn Wi-Fi back on and back on

One of the most quick ways turn off Wi-Fi and back - in the Control Center, which you can open by expanding from the bottom of the screen on your iPhone or iPad.

Take a look at the Wi-Fi icon - if the icon white inside the blue circle, Wi-fi is in the control center, it means that Wi-Fi is on. To turn off Wi-Fi, tap the circle. You will know that Wi-Fi is disabled when the icon is black inside the gray Wi-Fi circle in the control center. Then, to turn Wi-Fi back on, tap the circle again.

You can also turn off Wi-Fi by opening the Settings app and tapping Wi-Fi. To the right of Wi-Fi, you will see a small toggle switch that turns green if Wi-Fi is on. To turn off Wi-Fi, press the switch - you'll know that Wi-Fi is off when the switch is gray. To turn Wi-Fi back on, press the switch again.

Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network

Sometimes your iPhone or iPad may have problems connecting to your Wi-Fi network, which usually means there may be a problem with your wireless router, not with your device.

To check if this is the case, try connecting to a friend's Wi-Fi network.
If you find that Twitter won't load when your iPhone or iPad tries to connect to your network, then the problem is probably caused by your router. Try unplugging and plugging your router back on and then contact your ISP if the problem persists.

Forget about your Wi-Fi network

When you first connect your iPhone or iPad to a Wi-Fi network, your device saves exactly how to connect to that Wi-Fi network. Sometimes the process of this connection will change. If the saved data on your iPhone or iPad is out of date, it can lead to connection problems. By deleting the network, you erase this saved data.

To forget wi-Fi network, open the settings. Next to the Wi-Fi network you want to forget, tap the more info icon, which looks like a blue "i". At the top of the screen, click Forget Network.

Once you've forgotten the Wi-Fi network on your device, open the Settings app and tap Wi-Fi again. Click on the Wi-Fi network and reconnect by entering the password.

Reset network settings

Our final Wi-Fi troubleshooting step when Twitter is not working on your iPhone or iPad is a network settings reset, which will erase all your device's Wi-Fi, VPN (virtual private network) settings and Bluetooth settings.

Before starting this reset, make sure you write down all your wi-Fi passwords, because you will need to re-enter the information when you reconnect!

To reset network settings on your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app and tap General -\u003e Reset. Then click "Reset Network Settings" and enter your password. When asked again, click Reset Network Settings to start resetting. Your iPhone or iPad will restart after the reset is complete.

If all of the above tips did not help you, contact the service center.
