How to set up a dictionary in BIBLE-365? In order to use the Dictionary with Strong's numbers, you need to place the file StrongDict.prc in the same folder with the file of the “BIBLE-365” itself, 365.prc. What are Strong's numbers for? The original text of the Bible was written in two languages. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew, and the New Testament in Greek. The Synodal translation was translated not from the original texts of Scripture, but from the English King James Version. Moreover, he has many incomprehensible Old Russian words. For this reason, when reading the Bible, you often come across the fact that the meaning of what is written is not entirely clear. I met many Christians, and I myself got to the point where I became bored with reading the Bible. The number of questions is growing, and it is difficult to understand the meaning of what is written; you need to get to the supporting materials, and this is not always easy. I am faced with the fact that I am increasingly drawn to simply reading Christian books and listening to sermons where everything is chewed over, rather than turning to poorly understood texts of the Bible. If it were not for the constant help of the Holy Spirit in understanding what I read, my Bible would have long ago taken a stable place as an exhibit on a bookshelf from which only the dust would have been periodically wiped off.
